VLOG: THE MISSING PIECE CAFE

Cafe/Restaurant: The Missing Piece Cafe
Location: Macquarie Centre

Rating: 4/5

Today, Nish and I decided to do something different.
We made a vlog of our food journey to show you guys our experience and how much fun we have when we review these cafes and restaurants.

Nish and I travelled to Macquarie Centre in North Ryde and looked at the range of cafes and restaurants they had to offer. We decided to go to The Missing Piece Cafe.
It was an enjoyable experience bonding over our love for food and we hope this vlog allows you all to get to know us on a personal level.

Overall, Missing Piece Cafe is a great place to go to with friends for a appetising food that is equally filling and delicious.
The staff were friendly and the music they played made the experience more enjoyable.
Hopefully you enjoy this vlog as we had a lot of fun making it :-)

GRILL'D

Cafe / Restaurant: GRILL’D
Location(s): Macquarie Centre
Rating: 5 / 5

This would probably have to be my best burger experience, ever. I’d been wanting to go to the Grill’d at Chatswood for a long time but never really got around to it. So when my friend suggested that we eat at the one at Macquarie, I couldn’t say no. I mean how many burgers advertise themselves as ‘healthy’.

Although I’m not sure about the health aspects of these burgers I do have to say that the “Ba Ba Burger” was the best of period. Pretty much stole it off my friend and it was the best decision. The portion was just the right size and I felt so full after. It was beautiful.

ASSEMBLY BAR

Cafe / Restaurant: ASSEMBLY BAR
Location(s): Sydney City
Rating: 3.5 / 5

Oh my God, so I got so lost trying to find the entrance to this place, I can’t even start. Turns out it’s easier to come in through the back entrance than it is through the front. Basically, once you know where it is, you won’t get lost, like ever. Located in amidst the city bustle, this bar not only has a chilled down vibe but also has a great wait staff with excellent service.

On the day itself, I didn't have any drinks, but ordered a nice Steak Burger with Chips. The burger itself was really nice, although portion-wise I felt it could have been a bit bigger, comparative to its price. Overall, the place was really chilled out, really liked it.

WHAT THE FUDGE CAFE

Cafe/Restaurant: What The Fudge Cafe
Location(s): Canley Heights

Rating: 3.5 / 5

What The Fudge is a cafe located in Canley Heights that caters for desserts and beverages. They have so much variety on their menu that it is hard to choose what to have.
The most popular item on the menu and my favourite is the deep fried golden gaytime!
They also have a variety of deep fried chocolate bars, mars, twix and many more.
What The Fudge cafe also sells light meals such as burgers, cheesy fries, and a wide range of chocolate beverages and fruit shakes.
The service is fast with friendly staff members. The store overall has a welcoming and inviting atmosphere that creates a great hang out spot with friends and is a trendy dessert place that I would recommend to go to if you're in the area!

GELATO MESSINA

Cafe/Restaurant: Gelato Messina Bondi
Location(s): Bondi, Sydney
Rating: 4 / 5

Messina is honestly the best gelato place in Sydney!
With 6 stores in Sydney, Messina has created a popular branding for themselves.
I heard about Messina from social media. I would see my friends post pictures of the gelato and thought I have to go there.

The gelato is made fresh on the premises daily, offering a diverse range of over 40 flavours at any one time and a select number of bespoke gelato cakes and single serve pieces.
They also have opened a Dessert Bar next to their Darlinghurst store, which I must try out soon.

Gelato Messina is a great place to go for dessert after dinner or just for a snack. Perfect for the hot weather in Sydney and is definitely delicious and refreshing.
