Guo Bao is a Taiwanese street food of braised pork belly, pickled mustard greens, crushed peanuts and coriander cradled in a steamed, taco-shaped bun. 

Belly Bao is the first restaurant to specialises in these 'Gua Bao' in Australia, bringing a taste of Asian cuisine. Belly Bao have been stalwart Paddo Market stall holders and now they've set up a shop at GOODGOD Small Club. 
The bao shop also sells sweet potato fries and fried chicken. 




"A year ago, when Belly Bao started, we never dreamt of having a permanent location like this" - Sylvia Tran, founder and head chef at Belly Bao. 


Belly Bao offers 7 types of Gua Bao, including roading pork belly with crackling, slow braised beef short rib, panko-crumbed chicken, and deep fried ice cream dessert drizzled in condensed milk.
